At the age of 12, Kenneth Debacker auditioned for the main part in a Belgian television film. The producers chose him and since then Kenneth pursued a career in film and television. Being a child actor, Kenneth saw what a director did, and the creative process got a grip on the teenager's life. At 18 Kenneth attended the Belgian film school RITS. After getting his Masters in Film Directing, he took a workshop in Southern California to learn more about music videos. Being a musician himself, Kenneth always wanted to make music videos and some time later it happened. While working as a field director on the Belgian version of "Temptation Island", Kenneth got in touch with the bass player of the famous Belgian punk rock band RED ZEBRA, who worked as a psychologist on this reality tv show. A few months later RED ZEBRA needed a video. Kenneth made his first professional video and shortly after, this video won the audience award for BEST MUSIC VIDEO at the International Short Film Festival "Leuven Kort". Kenneth's storytelling abilities, strong visuals combined with humour, caught the eye of major record companies and it didn't take long for Kenneth to get hired by Universal Music to direct videos for them.
